The use of this site and making a purchase indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated below. Please read them carefully.

Privacy
Beadsite respects the privacy of individuals and therefore your details will not be sold, hired or given out to any other third party. Your details will only be used to contact you regarding any queries or information about purchases. There will be no sales calls.

Prices
Our prices are calculated in British Pound Sterling and are inclusive with the exception of postage and packaging.

Unfulfilled Orders
If I cannot fulfill your order exactly, and the missing beads amount to less than or equal to £5, I reserve the right to send replacement beads to at least the same value (usually more), than those originally ordered. If you are unhappy with the substitution, simply return it for a full refund. If the discrepency is greater than £5, I will contact you to find out if you wish a refund, or a substitution.

Deliveries
Beadsite has a policy of delivering the ordered product within 3 - 7 days of purchase. Should there be any reason that your product will not reach you within 7 days of purchase, Beadsite will e-mail you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order. For orders placed before midday through the week, I try my hardest to achieve "next day delivery".

All orders will only be shipped once payment has been received. Beadsite accepts credit/debit card payments, Paypal or cheques. Please note that delivery may be delayed with cheques due to the time delay in postage and clearing of these payments. Please do not send any cash in the mail.

For packages under £30 I charge £2.00 for delivery within the UK and Channel Islands. Packages over £35 are usually sent by Recorded delivery. For overseas orders, postage and packaging will be charged at cost . Purchases outside of the United Kingdom could be subject to import duty for your Country. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to seek guidance from your respective Customs authorities prior to purchase.

Returns
Beadsite is dedicated to providing you with high quality beads and personal customer service. Therefore should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within the following guidelines:

Items are refundable within 7 days of the date they were received, excluding postage costs.

The customer should return all goods:

All returns are sent back at the client's risk. I would strongly advise that the goods are insured, as packages can go missing in the post very easily. Any post office will advise you about recorded delivery and special delivery. The customer should always retain a copy of proof of postage. E-mail me for my address.

Once your returned item is received, your Paypal account or credit card will be credited within 48 hours or a cheque will be sent off to you within 48 hours.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Cancellation of Orders
Once an order has been placed, it may be cancelled at any time by simply filling in the online form, quoting the order name and requesting cancellation. Should the item have been despatched before cancellation was received, the refund policy will apply. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Beadsite is best contacted by using the online form. However, I can also be contacted by phone regarding purchases by calling 01224 729423 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. Due to our current working schedule we may not be immediately available to answer the phone, however, if you clearly leave your name, telephone number, order description and a short message, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Should there be any errors regarding pricing or the description of items listed on the web site, Beadsite reserves the right to supply goods at the corrected price. You will be notified by e-mail should such a discrepancy occur which will allow you to reconsider your order if necessary. Beadsite reserves the right to decline any order. Beadsite reserves the right to change any of the product prices at any time.
